If you are a charity which offers marathon & half marathon places please get in touch to discuss our services. Our aim is to give you as much time as possible to concentrate on fundraising.
We work alongside your charity to provide:
- your runners with a tailor-made accommodation package
- special offers on our accommodation should you wish to block book.
- discounted hotel bedrooms and function rooms over race weekends.
- on-site support on race weekends so that you can rest assured that your runners and supporters are being well looked after by travel professionals.
- a full range of services including booking venues and making arrangements for pre and post race functions. We will happily organise Welcome receptions, pasta meals, race day transfer and post-race parties/massages.
We offer joint marketing initiatives, and can liaise direct with your runners.
